Recycled PET Bottle Flakes

Dafa produces and processes recycled PET bottle flakes as upstream material for our recycled-fiber chain. Because raw material quality directly affects fiber quality, Dafa's in-house raw-material processing supports cleaner feedstock preparation, traceability discussion and more stable HCS / HCNS production.

Buyer FAQ

Questions overseas buyers ask before ordering

Are you a factory or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Our GRS 4.0 scope certificate (Intertek) covers in-house extrusion (spinning) — we produce the fiber from recycled PET, we do not resell it.
Is every product really 100% recycled?
Yes. Dafa's entire line is 100% recycled post-consumer PET — HCS, HCNS and our rPET flakes. We do not supply virgin fiber. A GRS Transaction Certificate can be issued per shipment for orders sold as GRS.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples are available; courier method and timing are confirmed by destination. Tell us the grade (or your downstream product) and shipping address.
What is your MOQ?
Trial orders are supported. Exact MOQ is confirmed against grade, packing and quantity — send your target volume and destination port and we will advise.
Which grade should I choose?
Tell us your downstream product, the handfeel or structure you need after opening / processing, quantity and destination. We suggest a starting denier and finish (HCS or HCNS) for sample or quotation.
Can you dye or colour-match the fiber?
Dyeing is available on request. Colour, denier and MOQ are confirmed at RFQ — raw white is the standard supply.
How is it packed and what is the lead time?
Supplied unopened in compressed bales. Packing format, container loading estimate and lead time are confirmed after grade and production schedule.
Do you export to Europe and Latin America?
Yes — we support export documentation and RFQ. Confirm your destination port so we can advise logistics, packing and documents.
