Verifiable, honestly scoped
We hold three documents of different scope and legal weight. We present each for exactly what it covers — and what it does not. They are not a combined "fully certified / fully compliant" guarantee.
Our fiber-spinning facility is certified to GRS 4.0 by Intertek (Scope Certificate ITS-TE-00317536-GRS-03364200; Textile Exchange License TE-00317536; accredited by ANAB 0204). Our certified scope covers the extrusion (spinning) of staple fiber from 100% recycled post-consumer polyester input, dyed and undyed. Because spinning is within our scope, we are a genuine recycled-fiber producer, not a trading intermediary.
Verify our certificate directly on the Textile Exchange database: TextileExchange.org/Certificates. Valid 4 Sep 2025 – 3 Sep 2026.
One specification of our recycled polyester staple fiber — white PET, 15D × 64mm, bulk density ≈ 41.3 kg/m³ — was independently tested by SGS to the UK Furniture and Furnishings (Fire)(Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended), Schedule 2 Part I, using BS 5852 Part 2:1982 ignition source 2 (a small butane flame): both specimens PASS (SGS report AJFTS25007804R01_EN, 19 Nov 2025; SGS-CSTC Anji Branch, UKAS LAB 48).
A REACH-format Safety Data Sheet — compiled to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), CLP (EC) No 1272/2008 and EU 2020/878 — is available on request for our polyester fiber (PSF, CAS 25038-59-9). Per that SDS, the product is not classified as hazardous under CLP, and the substance is not listed on the REACH SVHC Candidate List, Annex XVII (restrictions) or Annex XIV (authorisation).
