Certifications & compliance

We hold three documents of different scope and legal weight. We present each for exactly what it covers — and what it does not. They are not a combined "fully certified / fully compliant" guarantee.

Facility certificate GRS 4.0 Scope Certificate (Intertek)

Global Recycled Standard 4.0 (GRS 4.0)

Our fiber-spinning facility is certified to GRS 4.0 by Intertek (Scope Certificate ITS-TE-00317536-GRS-03364200; Textile Exchange License TE-00317536; accredited by ANAB 0204). Our certified scope covers the extrusion (spinning) of staple fiber from 100% recycled post-consumer polyester input, dyed and undyed. Because spinning is within our scope, we are a genuine recycled-fiber producer, not a trading intermediary.

Verify our certificate directly on the Textile Exchange database: TextileExchange.org/Certificates. Valid 4 Sep 2025 – 3 Sep 2026.

How GRS works for your order: a scope certificate certifies our facility, not any individual shipment. For an order to be sold as GRS, a valid GRS Transaction Certificate (TC) must be issued for that shipment by the certification body; we can apply for a TC on eligible orders, subject to its verification and issuance. The certificate number identifies our facility certificate — it is not a product label, and we do not apply the GRS or Textile Exchange logo to goods without separate authorisation and a valid TC.
Test report (one sample) SGS UK fire test report

UK Furniture & Furnishings (Fire)(Safety) — SGS

One specification of our recycled polyester staple fiber — white PET, 15D × 64mm, bulk density ≈ 41.3 kg/m³ — was independently tested by SGS to the UK Furniture and Furnishings (Fire)(Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended), Schedule 2 Part I, using BS 5852 Part 2:1982 ignition source 2 (a small butane flame): both specimens PASS (SGS report AJFTS25007804R01_EN, 19 Nov 2025; SGS-CSTC Anji Branch, UKAS LAB 48).

Scope of this result: this is an ignitability test result for the loose filling sample as submitted — not a flame-retardant rating, not a product certification, and not a pass for any finished article. It covers only the tested specification; other deniers, lengths, colours and densities are not covered. We can submit additional specifications for the same test on request. Full report available to qualified buyers.
Regulatory document EU REACH Safety Data Sheet

EU REACH Safety Data Sheet (SDS)

A REACH-format Safety Data Sheet — compiled to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), CLP (EC) No 1272/2008 and EU 2020/878 — is available on request for our polyester fiber (PSF, CAS 25038-59-9). Per that SDS, the product is not classified as hazardous under CLP, and the substance is not listed on the REACH SVHC Candidate List, Annex XVII (restrictions) or Annex XIV (authorisation).

Please note: this document is a Safety Data Sheet provided for reference. The SDS itself notes the product is likely an "article" out of SDS scope under REACH; it was compiled by SGS from information we supplied, without independent verification, and is not a test report or a product-safety certificate.
